OshoGPTTerms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the OshoGPT mobile application (“OshoGPT”, “the app”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The service
OshoGPT is an AI conversation app for personal reflection, meditation and inner inquiry. Its answers are generated by artificial intelligence in a style inspired by the published discourses of Osho, sometimes drawing on passages from his books.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old. You sign in with your Google account and are responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep your device secure.
3. AI answers — no professional advice
- Answers are produced by AI and may be incomplete, inaccurate or not reflect Osho’s actual words. Quoted passages may contain errors from the source texts.
- The app is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice. Do not rely on it for decisions affecting your health, safety or finances.
- If you are thinking about harming yourself, contact a professional or the Tele-MANAS helpline 14416 (India, free, 24×7) immediately.
4. Acceptable use
The app is a space for inner inquiry. You agree not to:
- use it for unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexual or violent content, or to harm others;
- try to bypass its safeguards, extract its instructions, or make it act outside its purpose;
- scrape, automate, overload, reverse-engineer or resell the service;
- present AI answers as genuine quotations of Osho.
Off-topic requests (for example coding, homework or politics) are politely declined. We may suspend or end accounts that break these Terms.
5. Plans, subscriptions and payment
- The Free plan includes 5 messages per day. In-depth (“Explain in depth”) answers are included only in the paid monthly plans: Sadhak ₹199 (20 messages/day and 10 in-depth answers/month), Dhyani ₹649 (49/day and 29/month) and Premium ₹1,799 (150/day and 150/month). Prices shown in the app and Google Play, including taxes, apply.
- Daily limits reset at 00:00 UTC (5:30 AM IST). In-depth allowances reset on the first day of each month at 00:00 UTC.
- Subscriptions are billed through Google Play and renew automatically every month until cancelled. You can cancel any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds are handled according to Google Play’s refund policy. Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription — cancel it in Google Play first.
- We may change plans or prices with notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
6. Content and intellectual property
The app, its design and software belong to us. Osho’s books and discourses remain the property of their respective copyright holders and are used only to inform answers. You keep ownership of what you write; you allow us to store and process it to provide the service as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Reporting content
If an answer seems harmful, offensive or wrong, use the Report option under the answer or email contact.oshogpt@gmail.com. We review reports and improve our safeguards.
8. Availability and changes
The service is provided “as is” and may change, pause or have errors. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept it.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app or reliance on its answers. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
10. Termination
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time (Profile → Delete account). We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights you have where you live.
